GETDIGITALCONTENT COOKIE POLICY

Last Updated: March 28, 2026

One Cube Technologies LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as GetDigitalContent ("GDC," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the GetDigitalContent platform ("Platform"). This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, the types of cookies we use, why we use them, and how you can manage your cookie preferences.

This Cookie Policy supplements our Privacy Policy and is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions.

WHAT ARE COOKIES

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used by website operators to make their websites work more efficiently, provide a better user experience, and supply reporting and analytics information.

Cookies set by the website operator (in this case, GetDigitalContent) are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by parties other than the website operator are called third-party cookies. Third-party cookies enable features or functionality provided by external services (such as analytics, advertising, and interactive content).

We also use related technologies including local storage (HTML5), session storage, and pixel tags/web beacons, which function similarly to cookies for data collection and tracking purposes. References to "cookies" in this policy include these related technologies.

These cookies are set directly by those platforms during their authentication flow and are governed by their respective cookie and privacy policies. GetDigitalContent does not control these cookies.

7.COOKIE CONSENT

7.1 Consent Mechanism

When you first visit the Platform, we present a cookie consent banner that allows you to:

  • Accept All: Enable all cookie categories (Essential, Analytics, Marketing, Functional)
  • Reject Non-Essential: Only essential/strictly necessary cookies will be set
  • Customize: Select specific cookie categories to accept or decline

7.2 Consent Storage

Your consent preferences are stored in a first-party cookie (cookie_consent) that persists for 12 months. Non-essential cookies and tracking scripts are NOT loaded until and unless you provide affirmative consent.

7.3 Changing Your Preferences

You can change your cookie preferences at any time by:

  • Clicking the cookie settings link in the Platform footer
  • Clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the Platform (the consent banner will reappear)

7.4 GDPR Compliance

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom, our cookie consent mechanism complies with the ePrivacy Directive and GDPR by:

  • Providing clear information about each cookie category before consent
  • Requiring affirmative action (no pre-checked boxes) for non-essential cookies
  • Making it as easy to withdraw consent as to give it
  • Not placing non-essential cookies until explicit consent is obtained

8.MANAGING COOKIES IN YOUR BROWSER

In addition to our consent mechanism, you can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View what cookies are currently stored and delete individual cookies
  • Block all cookies or only third-party cookies
  • Set preferences for specific websites
  • Automatically delete cookies when you close your browser

8.1 Browser-Specific Instructions

  • Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data
Warning: Blocking or deleting essential cookies may prevent you from logging in, accessing your account, or using core Platform features. If you block all cookies, the Platform may not function correctly.

9.DO NOT TRACK (DNT)

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting that sends a signal to websites requesting that your activity not be tracked. There is currently no industry-standard interpretation or enforcement of DNT signals. However, we respect your cookie consent preferences regardless of your DNT setting.

For California users: We treat the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request for the sale or sharing of personal information under CCPA/CPRA, even though we do not currently sell personal information.

10.COOKIE RETENTION PERIODS

Cookies have different lifespans depending on their type:

  • Session Cookies: Deleted automatically when you close your browser. Used for authentication, CSRF protection, and session management.
  • Persistent Cookies: Remain on your device for a set period (specified in the tables above) or until you manually delete them. Used for analytics, consent storage, and preferences.

We regularly review the cookies on our Platform and remove those that are no longer necessary.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our cookie practices, the cookies used on our Platform, or applicable legal requirements.

  • We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
