Sign up and configure your brand
Create your account and walk through our guided Business Profile setup. You'll provide the essential context the AI needs to produce content that actually sounds like your business, not generic placeholder copy.
AI researches your market and proposes strategic categories
Every cycle, the platform's Research Agent wakes up and starts working. It queries Google Deep Research, pulls live data from SerperDev, analyzes your competitors, reviews your knowledge base, and surfaces three distinct strategic category suggestions — each with a full brief, SEO metadata, and target keywords.
You pick the category that fits your strategy. Or, if you run in fully automated mode, the AI selects the highest-opportunity category and moves straight to generation.
Five specialized agents generate your next content set
Once a category is selected, the full content pipeline activates. The Research Agent grounds every topic in verified facts. The Writer Agent produces structured blog sections. The Fine-Tuner aligns everything to your brand voice. The Proofreader catches errors. The Editor ensures the complete piece reads cohesively.
In parallel, the platform generates social post variants for every connected platform, sources and validates featured images, and optionally creates audio narrations. The entire content set — blogs, social posts, imagery, and audio — is produced without a single manual prompt.
Review the drafts and make them yours
Every blog and social draft lands in your dashboard as a structured review. Blog posts are laid out section-by-section. Social posts are grouped by platform. Images are displayed with their relevance scores. You have full editorial control:
- Edit any section directly in the dashboard with a rich text editor
- Regenerate sections with custom instructions: "make this more data-driven" or "add a case study example"
- Side-by-side diff view to compare before and after your edits
- Reorder sections by dragging them into the structure you prefer
Or, if you've configured fully automated approval, the platform skips this step entirely and moves straight to publishing.
The platform publishes everything for you
Once approved, the platform takes over. Blog posts are pushed to your WordPress site via the REST API — complete with SEO metadata, featured images, categories, and proper HTML formatting. Social posts are delivered to every connected account through Outstand.so's scheduling API.
Everything runs through Azure Functions in the background. If a publish fails, the system retries automatically (up to 5 attempts). You get email notifications for successes and failures, so you always know the status of your publishing workflow without checking the dashboard.
